Every rupee runs through Razorpay — a regulated, RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Your card, UPI and banking details are entered on Razorpay’s checkout and never touch MandirMay servers.
Verified partners & representatives
Temple representatives, pandits, hotels and drivers are onboarded and vetted by us. A named MandirMay representative is assigned to your visit, and we share their identity before you travel.
No local touts — ever
We deal only through our own network. We ask upfront whether you have a local panda, and decline bookings that involve outside intermediaries — so your darshan stays calm and dignified.
Transparent, packaged pricing
One clear price with our convenience fee disclosed before you pay. No hidden charges, no counter bargaining, and an invoice for every booking.
Your data, protected
Encryption in transit, access controls, and OTP-based sign-in. We never ask for your OTP or password, and we don’t collect your GPS location or home address for temple bookings.
Guarantees you can rely on
If we fail to deliver a service, it’s refunded 100%. Temple closure or force majeure? Full refund for affected services. Every commitment is backed in writing.

A few things to remember
Never share your OTP
MandirMay will never ask for your OTP, password, card PIN or CVV. Anyone who does is not us.
Pay only inside the app
Make payments only through our Razorpay checkout. Our representatives never collect cash for passes or refunds.
Declare a local panda
If you already know a panda at the temple, tell us at checkout. It keeps your visit smooth — see our Terms.
